The recent renovation project in Chelsea, a townhouse, has been completed to the very highest standard. The scope of the project included a full refurbishment of the property throughout along with an extension to the rear and basement.

Working in a very confined area this project created some exceptionally challenging logistical problems all of which we were able to overcome.

Very discerning clients brought in wonderful materials and finishes to the project which demanded perfect finishing. We worked with a client appointed joiner and ‘Smallbone’ kitchen fitters to complete the project and were able to make great use of our long standing relationships with sub-contractors.

The project was client and architect led and was administered by a quantity surveyor under an ‘intermediate’ JCT’ contract. Delivered on time and on budget we made a great team, very proud.
